Jackies ShortbreadThis recipe is a great one for cutouts. Do it with the kids on one of those really cold snowy days. What you need - 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
What you do Cream butter and sugar, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Roll out dough on a floured surface until dough if 1/8 inch think. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with coloured sugar, sprinkles or silver candy balls. Bake on an ungreased pan at 300 for 20-25 minutes.
